I just started a new twitter account, https://twitter.com/JBiebsScoop and i dont know how to get followers? any ideas?
Please no hate to Justin, that's not what this question is here for.

i have a twitter and justin bieber randomley followed me. i like him but i dont really talk about him much on my twitter and my twitter name doesnt have anything to do about justin bieber

Most people will follow you if they know that you will follow them back. This is the best way to do it:
1 - Follow: @TeamAutoFollow - They will follow back and you will be on the list (see next)
2 - Follow the people who follows @TeamAutoFollow - They all will follow you automatically, this will get you over 150 easy followers (usually takes 5 to 24 hrs. for everyone to be following you)
3 - Include #TeamAutoFollow on your bio and on your posts (as many time as you want to get attention of the followers) - People will know that you will follow them back if they follow you.
