so how do i make my twitter public? i want anyone to follow me and i want people to see my tweets when i tweet them....
and can you explain what happens if i turn my twitter to private? and how to do it.. (:

Go to Settings, scroll down and look for the Tweet Privacy. Check the box that says, "Protect my Tweets." Hit save and you already have a private account.
You can turn it to public again if you uncheck the box.
Well basically if your twitter is private, no one, except the people you allowed, will be able to see your tweets. And if it's public, everyone will be able to see your tweets, even the people who don't follow you.
