I am a firm supporter and joined this group online, and even added myself as a fan on Facebook, but I would like one of their bumper stickers. Does anyone know how I can purchase, donate for, or get one?
I looked on the MADD.org site but they don't seem to have any, and I'm looking for a physical, real bumper sticker.

Go to http://www.MADD.org and click on LOCAL OFFICES.
Find your state and hunt for an office near you. Give them a call!
Better yet, stop by the office. Maybe you could do some volunteer work while you are there!
