i want to know how i should go about finding my biological father who i dont know anything about besides what he looks like from a picture 20 years ago. I really want to find him and i just want to know if anyone has an idea to how to go about finding him with just a picture and the fact he was in the marines and had met my mom in Okinawa while he was stationed there.
