I'm sorry, but there is no site like that. Many people write in here wanting to know how to find someone on the internet in Mexico...just cannot be done. If you were to hire a private investigator in Mexico city, he could check public records. If you have the rest of his name ( their should be his mother's last name after his fathers last name), you could call the ATT international operator and ask her to check for a number...just in case he has a listed phone number. If he wants to have contact with you, he will, otherwise, you are better off leaving this alone. I bet he knows how to contact you...and if he is not doing it...then forget it. It would be the same even if he were in the U.S.

There are plenty of websites http://buscarpersonas.com.mx You are going to have better luck than if you were looking for a friend. You should go to the nearest Consulado because that is a services they will provide for you.
There are several other "people find" sites and he likey has a curp and Voters card.
