i dont like watching the news. but my friends on facebook been talking about it and i dont know anything about it. all i know is that she ( probaly) killed her daughter. but im not sure. it you know it please tell me. Thanks

I'm the same as you I keep hearing about it, but don't really know much. I think her daughter was missing for a month, and casey was telling her family she was with a nanny, but then the body of the little girl was found, and I think she had been drowned.

Difficult to summarize, because of all the evidence, but here are some highlights.
Casey
The child was reported missing by the Grandmother approximately 1 month after disappearance.
There were 3 different versions of how the child disappeared and died. They are currently going with drowning and not reported due to prior molestation by Casey’s father.
The family computer had 84 hits to a chloroform site. (FYI – The extended family was working at the time and signed an affidavit.) These and other searches were the only ones deleted from the computer in over 4 years.
There are photos of her at a Hot Body contest 1 week after the child died.
She got a tattoo “Beautiful Life†after the child died.

Decomposition found in back yard and car trunk.
Hair strands with death band found in trunk. Coffin flies, etc.
Duct tape found to be covering mouth and nose of child.
Heart shape adhesive residue found on duct tape. Heart stickers found in Casey’s bedroom.

Casey: slovenly mother, partier and sex life being cramped by 3 yr old daughter.
Cindy (Casey's mom) the force behind Casey keeping daughter she didn't want or deserve to have. Cindy imposing her life choices on Casey. Casey snapped and literally killed 2 birds with one stone. Killed annoyance, and therefore ruined mom's life with horrendous reality.
Society has to stop pressuring people to have kids if they don't want them. Some people don't want that job.

Casey likes to party
Caylee was hindering her
Casey killed Caylee by wrapping her head in duct tape
Casey drove around for 5 days with dead body in her trunk
Casey dumped the body near home.
to explain Caylee's disappearance, Casey told everyone Caylee was with her "nanny" that didn't exist.
Now the defense came up with this "drowning" story hoping the jury will buy it.
