I was looking at my ex-girlfriends wall and she changed everything to private right when I was looking at it. Does that mean she knows I was looking at her facebook page?

The only way she would know is if you two are still friends on facebook and you constantly look at her wall you will be on her featured friends on her profile page or if you like, comment, poke, message, or friend request her
