1]Can that follower DM me ??.......coz I have kept the option of direct messaging for other frnds
2]Can that follower reply to my tweets??
3]Can that follower mention me

1- No, that follower cannot DM you.
2- I don't think so.
3- Yes, but you may not see it since he's blocked.
