I think it's an angle, Cena is talking about it on Twitter and he usually uses it for his storylines. And it also seems quite odd that Cena is talking about this on Twitter, there are other reasons too which I cannot be bothered to discuss.

i think mr daniel release was so freaking stupid because when bret hart fought the miz for the united states title mr jericho choked mr hart with a tie and he was not fired or nothing.
i mean even then it is stupid because the whole thing was scrpted so why would you script mr daniel ot choke mr robert with a tie if you were going to release him for it
