Can I send a video via message through facebook
It's an ex-boyfriend who I am not facebook friends with and I didn't put it on youtube.
If not, what other ways do you suggest for me to get this video to him? We can't become facebook friends.

You can send a video via Fb Message
1. Attach the video file with facebook message... (Click the Pin icon below the textbox, or record as "live")
2. Upload to youtube and send a link...
3. Upload Video as a Post(not message) and change Privacy settings (only with him/her)
