so i have had a few short conversations with this guy and we haven't talked in awhile but I want to talk to him again. I know he liked me because he asked my friend about me and he asked me out at one point but I was really busy that weekend so I couldn't. He's my best friend's, best friend's brother [if that makes any sense..?] Just please help me start a conversation with him, please?? thank you!!

just send him a message saying heyy whats up we havnt talked in a while and put a smiley face
