On the GI Bill do you have to claim it as an earned income for Child Support? - Shy Shy - 11-09-2012 05:51 PM I am currently a disabled veteran and am making ends meet by going to school on my GI Bill. My child support was going under an income that's completely not right so I am filing a modification. It asks for earned income and I am not sure if I should put down the GI Bill since its not really a working earned income. Also do I have to put down my disability check that I receive each month?
