How can I make it where people.can't find me by searching my name?

You cannot stop someone from finding you by your twitter name. You can only stop people finding you via your email. You can however change your @name to anything you like (like a nickname)and that is the only way you can find people on twitter anyway.then you can still have your real name displayed on your page for all your followers to see.
