She decided to date my former best friend, but wanted to be friends. I told her she looked to be moving on, so I was going to try to move on as well. I deleted any type of contact with her including her facebook. That was about maybe 3 hours ago, and she just sent me a friend request. What is she thinking?

she could still possibly likes you or she really wants to stay peaceful with everyone including you. if you dont feel comfortable being near her this time, you are free not to accept her friend request. for your self-respect.
