Depends on the maturity level you have gained
Ideally 14 years

I would say 13, although you are right, many kids ignore the 13 age limit, i think that companies should team up and come up with some way to make sure people are 13 and not younger, more than just "Put your birth year here"

In my opinion, Facebook should be aloud to people 12 and up. You are right, there are millions of Facebook users under 13. Though there is a bad side to letting them; online predators, cyberbullying, attitude change, etc., there is a good side such as: communtication with distant relatives, fast plan-making with friends, less lonelyness, etc.

I'm 16 and I'd have to say 15+. But if the kid is mature in the head they'll be fine. It's just that a lot of kids think they're really cool, finding randoms on the internet to talk to.
