Facebook question: Why do I receive notification someone posted a picture of me? - Michelle - 11-09-2012 05:56 PM I have an acquaintance whose Bday I happened to remember so I sent her a Happy Bday message. She didn't respond. Then a few days later, I received a notification from my email saying she posted a picture of me. But when I logged into FB and looked, those were she Bday party pictures. Did she just post them to everyone? I am not that active in FB, maybe once or twice a month at the most. That's why I don't understand what are the intention of those pictures! - Patrick - 11-09-2012 06:04 PM Probably because you were tagged in the pictures. - Run4Fashion - 11-09-2012 06:04 PM You must have been tagged in the photo. Hover your mouse over the pic and see if your name shows on the screen. You might also see your name as a link on the right side of the pic, where the comments section is |
