Well, we have like 50 mutual friends on facebook and he talks to my best friend a lot. I've talked to him a few times online and he said if I ever wanted to talk to text him. How do I invite him & his twin brother out to a party this week?

By sending him a text saying, "want to go to a party this week?"

It's simple , lol text him and tell him you want to see him in person and mention the party

Text him saying "Party this weekend at *where ever it is*!" If your shy just put "FWD" In front of it so it looks like your not just sending it to him but to everyone.

Pretty much what the above people said. If you're worried about him being paranoid or w/e, perhaps you could mention a mutual friend that is going?
