when you tag a photo on facebook does that photo become viewable by all the friends of the person you tagged, even if the viewer is not on your own friends list (but is a friend of the person you tagged on your photo)?
for example: i post a picture of me and my brother. I tag my brother on the photo. will my brother's friends be able to see that picture even if his friends are not my friends?

yes it does, they can see it, but they can't comment it if you don't have them as your friend

when you create a photograph album, you will get given some options about privacy settings (and don't worry, you can change these later):
Public (anyone can view but only friends can comment)
Friends of friends (you brother's friends will be able to see the pictures but not comment on them)
Friends (only your friends can see your pictures.)
