Is there any way to delete a facebook message you sent to someone before they read it? - just me - 11-09-2012 06:02 PM

I sent a really angry and mean facebook message to my ex-boyfriend and now I'm really regretting it. Is there any possible way I can delete it before he reads it?

No, sorry but it doesn't work that way. That's like getting diabetes and saying, "Well I can just take out all the sugar I've eaten, right?"
Tell him you're sorry, and that you didn't actually mean it. From the looks of things, you guys just broke up and you miss him. Send him a message saying something along the lines of, "I'm sorry for freaking out at you, that was immature of me." ect.
Sorry to hear about it.

No. No way. Even if you deactivate your account.

But..

There is a way to delete your messages.. you can get your account deleted by FB. You have to sent in a request tho. But that's only if you're super serious and plus.. it will take some time, no doubt ur boyfriend will read ur msg first.

This is why women should not be allowed on computers.

To the person who said you click "delete messages," thats like deleting a text from your phone. You wont see it, they will.
And to answer your question no you cant, unless you hack into their account or something
