I want my relationship with my family members to show on Facebook but not my relationship with boyfriend. Is there any way to do that?

you can go too 'Account' , 'Privacy Settings', then 'Customise Settings' .. go to the 'relationships' option and on the side click the arrow to go to 'custom edit' then you can just block your family so they cant see your relationship status

yes go to privacy settings and from there you can restrict your relationship to you only
