Is it possible to change my facebook layout? I have seen some groups on facebook claiming they can do this but nothing worked.

If your looking to change your layout like in Myspace, you can't. Facebook has locked down the look of your layout. In a way its better that way, we don't want to go back to the horrible layouts of Myspace

Yes, there is, however it wont be through Facebook itself and it would only be visible by you.
However, you'll have to be using Firefox or Chrome, at least for the way I know. It's an add-on/extension called "Stylish".

Yes, you can change the look and feel of your facebook profile, pages and groups that are associated with your account. There is a FREE facebook layout application which I have tried and tested it on my facebook profile and it is spyware and virus free.
