This new top secret data acquiring center is purported to be able to read all your emails, monitor all facebook postings, track all people using GPS units and monitor all cell phone conversations world wide and all cordless phone conversations in the US. This will be interconnected will the huge massive antenna complexes in Alaska where all landline phones in the world are monitored according to selective word access such as the words terrorist, bomb, kill, etc. And all cell phone world wide communications. Is Big Brother watching you. This is no joke.

Well tracking a GPS unit is impossible so there is one provable error in the claim straight away.
Monitor all phone conversations - all conversations routed through the USA would in theory be possible, illegal but possible. All conversations routed through the USA where 1 party is either a non-citizen or outside the USA would be legal and could well already be done for international calls.
Monitoring phone calls not routed through the USA would require the cooperation of most world governments or the largest bit of espionage ever attempted. Neither are the sort of thing that they would be able to prevent from becoming public, they would be too big.
Read your emails or facebook posts the govenment doesn't need to do, google and facebook do that already, all the government need to do is ask them to do the monitoring. With the correct anti-terrorist court order they wouldn't even be allowed to tell you that they are doing it.
So some of it is possible, some of it is impossible and some of it is possible but would be impossible to keep secret.
I'd say it's just another random and baseless conspiracy theory with just enough truth to try to make people think it's possible.
