i accedently spammed facebook notifications, and now i can't unspam them or see who tagged or commented on one of my pictures
(notifications not for email, for the bottom sidebar thing)
help!

Do you mean you selected the Hide option for this? If so, just choose Hide for another application or Friend and a colored box appears. You click on Edit Options and all the applications, pages and people you've blocked show up. Just unblock the ones you want by clicking "Add to Newsfeed" and then close the box and you're done.
