When I try to like, comment or post something on facebook it won't let me. I tried to report my problem but it won't even send when I click on "send" it won't do anything. Also everything on my page is gone except the picture I uploaded last. I can't access my notifications, I can't play my games or any of my apps.

you were probably tricked into click on spam, like the "who views your profile" links, or the "look at what this celebrity just did" links - once the spammer leads you off of facebook with a trick link, they can do all kinds of malicious things, including logging in as you, and spamming all of your friends
once that happens, your account is flagged for spamming/security risk, and your activity is locked out, to prevent the spam
