I have a facebook account and some girl asked me for my facebook. What was she referring to? I haven't been using it for long.

She is just asking what your Facebook name is, or what a link to it would be so that she can add you.
Just give her your full facebook name, so that she can search and find you.
Or you could go to your profile page, and copy the URL from the top (address bar), and send it to her.

shes just wondering whether you have facebook/ how to find you so you can both be 'friends' on facebook.
