I accidentally subscribed to a guy on Facebook but I didn't mean to. I unsubscribed but will he still get a notification that I subscribed to him?

Perhaps yes but what did you do? Did you unsubscribe right away after you subscribed? If you did there should be no problem if you don't want the person be notified.

No, they won't get a notification.
