Very simple. post some really offensive stuff on your wall or info. or upload an obscene picture. Then ask one of your friends to report the offensive content to facebook. Your account will be deleted within a few days.
Make sure to UNFRIEND all your relatives/sensitive friends first and set your privacy to friends only. you don't wanna give them a heart attack lol

Go to settings>privacy or account>there wud be option deactivate my account. Click on that.
