I decided to deactivate (NOT permanently close) my Facebook account. I was wondering how long will it be until they decide to close it for ever or whether I may get back in 6 months, 1 year or so, and all my contents and friends will be there. Thank you.

I done it too for un unwanted facebook account. After 8 months I decided to reopen it because I missed it so much (that's true) and it was there! Just you need to remember your email, your facebook password and your email password to reopen it. Try it!
