I met this german guy in berlin the other week, and i can't find him on facebook, is there any german websites that i could find him on?

Both Facebook and MySpace are international with versions in various languages. It is not the case that every person you meet is on a social networking site. Many people do not like the concept - either because they consider it invasive or because they consider it childish.
If he did not invite you to make further contact, he might consider your attempts to search for him as bordering on stalking
