Neither my boyfriend nor I are friends with his ex girlfriend on Facebook. However, according to several of our friends she's somehow been on our profiles constantly.
Is there a program/application on Facebook that will let us check to see if she's been on our profiles?
I understand there's one that checks who friends that view your profile are, but I'm not aware of anything else. Thank you
PS, We only plan to block her if she becomes a problem.

Basically everybody has the right to surf the web in peace and privacy, and being monitored (except obviously by your ISP) kinda seems like reverse stalking.

No, there is no applications that tells you who views your profile, but there is a "monitor" that knows who sees it!
