I have a 150 limit on text message and i want to get twitter text and im just wondering if it cost anything and if so how much...?
plzzz help me

It just counts as 1 text. So sending a tweet counts as 1 text. Receiving a tweet (from someone who you subscribed to) also counts as 1 text.

EDIT: Just saw you posted at Y!A Canada. I'm not sure how it works in Canada. I'm from the US

Yes it does. If you read the fine print when you sign up for Twitter via phone, it says "standard message and data rates may apply". Meaning, if you do not have an unlimited text message plan, you will either be charged, or it will go against your 150 limit.
