I forgot to close my facebook by mistake, and I'm paranoid a little. Nothing got posted on my wall or newsfeed though.

No you cannot, viruses do not work that way. Porn sites wont even give you a virus, so dont worry, you can continue to Fap in peace while messaging that boy/girl you like :}
