Can I sue my mother-in-law for mental anguish? - elkrivermr - 11-09-2012 06:29 PM She is a terror because she absolutely refuses to to take her Bi-polar medication. We have tried moving, refusing phone calls, blocking her on Facebook, cutting all ties and relations but nothing has worked. She is a nightmare to us, our children, and is wearing my father-in-law into the ground with her fits of anger, shopping, sleepless nights and who knows what else.
