She can't.. she could get joint custody, but since the kids have lived with u for the five years they will still live with u and go to there moms every other weekend and a few hrs one week after school.
Assuming that ur providing for them as needed and not an alcoholic, abusive or a druggie.

Did you ever file for custody? Were you ever married? If you were never married, and did not file for custody, than you have no presumed rights to the children, and she can take them. I would need more details before answering this.
