Make sure they're your friend first.
Click your profile ---> go to edit (right side) ---> Friends and Family ---> you should be able to see, Add a Family Member under the family section

1.First go to profile
2.click edit profile ( it is located next to your profile picture , below your name)
3.select friends and family 9 it is located on ur right)
4. and the add a family member
