Did you get a notification, without having to do anything? You weren't asked to give any other details,?

If it was a plain, there has been a suspicious login notice, then it registered your log in from a different ip address to where your sister usually logs in from.

If not the ip address, then the your user log in was different to your sisters log in on the same computer, so it would have come from your account on the computer. Yes, Facebook, and a lot of other places read your computer details.

This is a common security programme, however, if you were asked to provide anything more, such as passwords, log in details, etc, then yes, it is a phishing scam.
