It sounds pervey lol but really not. My sisters 21st coming up and my mum wants me to get pictures of her from facebook so we can make album of her. If I was to save a picture of someone on facebook, would they know?

No clue, but if you need a backup plan, you could take a screen shot.

Yes it notifies them and says 'Creepy Joe saved your photo to (download folder name)' No you dumbasss it doesn't!

If you tell them you put it up on Facebook or if they have one you could tag them

To save right click on the pic and select Save image as....
