I still want to get the notifications about if someone commenting on my photo or something like that, but how do i stop getting notifications from the name generators and surveys?

Settings > Notifications
untick all that you don't care about

from like emails?
at the top right next to your name go on settings then click on notifications and then just uncheck the ones you dont want emailed too you

Go to 'see all' in the notifications window.
'Your notifications' will show up,
on the right corner u will have a list of all your applications,
unmark those you dont want to get notified about

Right next to your chat box is a smaller box that's your Notifications. Click the Notifications,a list should show up.At the top of your list it says SEE ALL. click that once your at the page, on the right of the screen there's a list of your notifications with check boxes.Un check the boxes you don't want receiving notifications from.
