On twitter, people cant retweet my tweets because its locked. when i go to settings, it lets me click the "un block" option but wont let me save it. help!
ONCE I CLICK THE BUTTON THAT ALLOWS PEOPLE TO RETWEET MY STUFF,IT WONT SAVE

you log in to twitter, on the top right, click on your name (should have the down arrow next to it) and choose 'settings'. scroll down to the 3rd box that says 'Tweet privacy' and uncheck that box. Then scroll down and click 'save'. That should unlock your tweets so they can be re-tweeted.
Also, it says it may take up to 30 minutes to work, so I'm not sure how quickly after you tried it that it didn't work, but try again!
