When i first made formspring i had it connected to my facebook so what people ask could show up but now i want to delete it for good, but everytime i log on facebook and formspring it says "restore account" but how do i get formspring off my facebook?

go to facebook
click "account" then "application settings
find formspring and click the little "x" to the right

You go to your formspring account,
then click settings,
then go to services,
and where it says facebook just click remove.
And it should be gone.
