~My friend's little sister has Cerebral Palsy and she doesn't understand when she's being made fun of. Now idiots on her Facebook are constantly making fun of her and the School's doing nothing, the police are doing nothing. So What can I say to make them back off and grow up?

Tell her mother, or get in contact with the parents of these immature rude, heartless people and inform them what they are doing, if you find what they are doing is wrong than do what's right and speak up, don't let the reticule of how people will judge you if you come forward, in the end you and your friend and her sister and even me will sleep better at night.

You are a very good friend! Speak to an adult in your family. Show them what you are seeing and ask them for help.
Are you friends with the bullies? Can you speak to them about their actions?
Teach them about cerebral palsy!
