Okay, so my boyfriend and I decided to update our facebook statuses to in a relationship. But when I went to go put in that we were in a relationship it asked for the guy i'm in love with. I put in hs name but nothing showed up. How do you do it.

he may have already done it, in which you would need to respond to the relationship request on your homepage. i had the same problem with it not working for days and the request wouldn't show up

normally,your friend list would pop up and you would choose from there. Now if you chose him, he would first have to accept that he is in a relationship with you also, before his name shows up.
I'm pretty sure. I've never been in a relationship with anyone on FaceBook so I'm not 100%, but I have messed around with it.
