He stare at me, talk about me with mine and his friend, added me on facebook (never text me) but now he say he have girlfriend and wont do nothing with me. So why he was acting like that?

If he has a gf, then he likes HER. He picked HER not you. He CHOSE her. Not anyone else.
The reason guys act like this is because they still want the attention you are going to give them, and flirt with them, but they will always be with their gf. They will not do anything with you; you are just "entertainment" to them. Good luck.

I know this sounds awful, but hes just looking for a backup..
