I downloaded facebook for my phone, but i keep getting notifications and things in my messages (on my actual phone) how can i stop them??

Go to your account , and then go to your account settings and then ..edit your information / preferences

switch off your blackberry, friends & family will have to reach you on your house phone, fax, letter or email.
