From personal experience I will tell you what I did. I used it on my phone 24/7 till I turned off my data package so I can only use it when I have WiFi I don't know where you live so you might have WiFi everywhere but when your in town or going somewhere you can't use it because you don't have WiFi (I only had it at my house) so after so long I never even noticed I wasn't checking it all day

Well to answer these questions we first need to know what attracts people to facebook. Friends. if you're one of those people who posts a lot of pictures, do it less. If you've got some firends that you dont like as much, dont chat with them all the time! If you have already used facebook a few times in a day and feel like doing it again, occupy urself with something else. Jog, read, eat, et cetera.

You should delete it off your phone. You can also make a pledge to yourself to only check your facebook 4 times a week. After you check it 4 times you cant check it no more that week. You should limit yourself about how many minutes you stay on facebook. Since you are having a problem I think that you should stay on facebook 10 minutes at a time.
