I'd guess Indonesian, with some kind of slang/leet/chat abbreviations.
Googling the words http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&client=firefox-a&hs=DF7&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&q=kenyangnya+mkn+bkso&btnG=Search&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai= finds they crop up in Indonesian blogs and Twitters.
"Kenyangnya" seems to mean something like "insatiable" ( http://books.google.com/books?id=hVo2ZDYbL6gC&pg=PA481&dq=kenyangnya&hl=en&ei=3psCTMKOBJmZ_QbZwunJBQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=2&ved=0CC0Q6AEwAQ#v=onepage&q=kenyangnya&f=false ).
