What happens when you deactivate your facebook? - aimhigh1185 - 11-09-2012 06:45 PM

When you deactivate your facebook, do people have the ability to still message and post and do whatever on your facebook and do the stuff appear when you reactivate it? Or its just that no one has the ability to find your facebook or do anything when its deactivates?
Thanks a lot Henry!

evryone can still do watevr they did before, only when u reactivate it, u will see all the new stuff people have posted. nothing will probably change with your account unless u havent reactivated ur account for a while.

If you deactivate the account, it will appear as if it never existed. Nobody will be able to find or interact with your profile, and all your previous interactions will disappear. This is all reversible, however, if you sign back into your account at any time after deactivation.

*An important point to consider is that facebook still stores all your information, indefinitely. This information is simply no longer available to your friends or the public.
