oh it is serious alright, She shook her child to death. Guess she was too busy to find out what could possibly be wrong with her 3 month old!
I can't ever think of a punishment sever enough for "mothers" who do such things to their children. A slow an painfull death to be sure tho. Long and torturous

I've heard about internet addiction, but that's awful.
I can't think of a punishment that would really justify it.
I have 4 children, I have never shook any of them. I don't care how frustrated one may be, a child always comes first, or it should be that way, at least.

Jail time.
Obviously she didn't mean to kill her child, she was just trying to keep her quiet when she was busy on the computer. This is why it's second degree murder.
