I recently updated to ios5 on my ipad and installed the new official facebook ipad app but notifications from facebook do not appear in the notification centre. I have it set to appear as a banner and enabled but i gointo facebook and it says i have a notification but it hadnt appeared in the notification centre any ideas??

Chechk in settings in notifications There you can edit everything for notifications!

Don't mess with the settings, uninstall and re-install
It should work mine works fine and i'm jailbroken
