I can not see him (my boyfriend) on my facebook list anymore, he lost and neither see him on his own friend list as well. Maybe he blocked me but I asked to my own some friends to search him on their account and they don't find him too.

It depends on what he does. You have to check his profile on Facebook to see for yourself. If he deactivates his account, then his profile information still shows up online. If he blocks you, then you can't access to his profile.
